Photo Reward Program

Do you like taking photos? Did you like our product? Then take some awesome photos of our products fully installed and we will pay you!

Receive up to $75 depending on number of products and photos:

  1. For $25: 1 Product minimum, 3 photos minimum
  2. For $50: 2 Products minimum, 6 photos minimum
  3. For $75: 3 Products minimum, 9 photos minimum

Photo Guidelines for Submission:

  • Photos should be taken in daylight or well lit conditions — product must be easily visible and not shaded or too dark.
  • Photos should not be blurry, grainy, or out of focus.
  • Product should be relatively square to the frame or angled to the side of the frame but should not be crooked, cut off, or taken at extreme angles.
  • Artistic shots/angles are welcome as long as the product is easily identifiable.
  • Product should take up roughly 20–40% of the photo.
  • Zoomed out shots are accepted as long as there are close-up photos included.
  • Must be full color images without excessive filters or touch ups.
  • No people within the photo.
  • Submitter must be the sole right’s owner/creator of the photo.

How to Redeem Photo Reward

  1. Take 3+ photos of the products that you installed following the guidelines above. Please take at least one of each product if there are multiple.
  2. Submit photos to orders@coastalbronze.com using the subject line "Photo Reward Program" along with your invoice # or company name/customer name.
  3. Photos will be evaluated to make sure they conform to the guidelines. If approved, we will reach out about how to best get you your reward. If guidelines are not met, reshoots will be requested.
  4. Once approved, decide how you would prefer to receive the reward, we can do: Amazon Gift Card, Visa Gift Card, or Paypal.

Photo Rights Disclaimer

You retain your rights to your photograph; however, by submitting your photos (and your photos are approved), you grant Conceptual Services, Inc. DBA Coastal Bronze, (and those authorized by the Conceptual Services, Inc.) a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or later developed, for any purpose, including but not limited to, advertising and promotion of the product and our website, exhibition, and commercial products. Conceptual Services, Inc. will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.

If your photos are not approved or not rewarded, Conceptual Services, Inc. will not use your photo for any purpose unless photo release is given.
